    Can I see the heart pillow before printing?

    Yes, Darling Dew offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pillow 1-2 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.

    Is my photo good enough to use?

    We check all photos as we receive new orders. We'll edit it as best we can. If there's an issue, we'll contact you via email to request more photos.

    What if I don't like my design?

    If you don't like your design we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.

    What is it made from?

    The outer cover is made from a silky smooth and ultra-soft polar fleece material.

    Our inks are transferred to the fabric with an industrial process. Our inks are Oeko-Tex ECO PASSPORT certified and are safe enough even for babies!

    Our pillow is filled with a mix of virgin polyester and recycled polyester filling. The virgin polyester gives it a cotton-like softness while the recycled polyester was sourced from water bottles retrieved from our oceans.
